We believe it is our responsibility to protect our customers' privacy. We do not sell, rent or trade any lists of our customers. You never have to worry that your personal information will be used for anything except requested Emails, order processing and delivering of your order to you.

Used Machine Sales
All used, reconditioned, refurbished and As-Is item purchases are subject to prior sale. If you purchase an item and it has a completed sale prior to your purchase, reimbursements will occur within 24 hours of Prior Sale Notification in same manner as payment was received.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee*
If your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the product (according to UPS or Fed-Ex delivery records). Simply call for a Return Authorization (RA) number (Note: No RA will be issued without original packing.), and we will give you detailed instructions on how to return your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number, so be sure to call us first.
- Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. There is a 5% processing fee on all returns, unless defective. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there will be no restocking fee.

Note: Unless otherwise noted, sewing machines and vacuums are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine or vacuum constitutes abuse of the product and will void all warranties, including the 30-Day Return Policy.
Shipping (to and from) is provided for the first 30 days from receipt of the new machine (according to UPS or Fed-Ex)on any warranty repairs, provided that the original box and packaging materials are retained. If the original box and packaging materials are not available, please note that shipment and insurance of the product is the responsibility of the customer. In addition, if products are sent without the original box and packing at any time (before or after the 30-day period), we are required to purchase appropriate boxes and packaging from the manufacturer, and the costs for those materials will be charged to the customer before return shipment can take place. Note that no charges are applied if the product is shipped in the original boxes and packing materials.
After 30 days, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If products are shipped to us without original boxes and packing materials, we are required to purchase appropriate boxes and packaging from the manufacturer, and the costs for those materials will be charged to the customer before return shipment can take place.
Used Item Warranty:
Whitlocks "Used Item Warranty" is subject to the following conditions:
- Items with final purchase price under $299, 30 day labor only.
- Items with final purchase price $300-$999, 30 day parts, 3 months labor.
- Items with final purchase price exceeding $1000, 30 day parts, 6 months labor.
Shipping and Handling is not covered under "Used Item Warranty". It is customers responsibility to properly package & send machine to Whitlocks for all warranty issues. Whitlocks recommends shipping insurance on all items. Whitlocks will return warrantied item in same container items was received in if possible, If additional items for shipping are required, customer is responsible and will be charged for all related costs. Return shipping charges will be billed as part of standard procedure.
Gift Card Redemption Restrictions
$25 Gift card: No redemption restrictions associated with this gift card, May be redeemed toward any purchase.
$50 Gift card: Gift card may not be redeemed toward purchase of any new or fully warrantied vacuum or sewing machine. No restrictions apply when purchasing a used, reconditioned, refurbished or as-is machine.
$100 Gift card: Gift card may not be redeemed toward purchase of any new or fully warrantied vacuum or sewing machine. No restrictions apply when purchasing a used, reconditioned, refurbished or as-is machine.
Sales Tax Policy
We do not charge sales tax on any order that ships outside the State of Oregon. Note that this includes orders with a separate billing address inside Oregon with a shipping address outside Oregon.
Pricing and Shipping
All shipping costs listed are for UPS or Fed-Ex Ground delivery in the contiguous United States. For shipping rates outside of the contiguous United States, call 1-503-585-7771 or send us an email for shipping quotes. All shipping prices posted are for UPS or Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise stated.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or overseas.
Note: We cannot refund any shipping costs if an item does not arrive on time due to weather conditions or other situations beyond the control of UPS or Fed-Ex.
Cabinets will ship via ground shipping only, and faster methods of shipping cannot be used. See Details listed below.
All products are new and include a full factory warranty unless noted otherwise. Machines that are not new include Factory Serviced, Refurbished or Rebuilt (These models can have full warranties, but often do not. The warranty for a specific used machine will be listed in its description). Prices are subject to change without notice. If any pricing or ordering mistakes occur they will be corrected and we will contact you with the changes before your order is processed.

Cabinet Shipping Policy
In order for cabinet orders to go as smoothly as possible, please read the following cabinet order specifications and conditions.
Sewing furniture ships via truck line, and not UPS or FedEx. Because of this, someone needs to be at home to receive and sign for the product when delivery takes place. Provide as many phone numbers as possible to ensure that the shipping company can contact you and let you know when your order will be delivered.
The delivery driver is not responsible for unloading the product off the end of the truck or bringing the product inside your home. Their responsibility is to deliver the product to the delivery address. Most of the time the shipment is end of truck delivery, so you should have someone there to help the driver get the product off the end of the truck. The customer will be responsible for getting the product inside the house.
When you sign the delivery receipt it is a legal contract that states that you received the product in acceptable condition. Always inspect your shipment before signing for it. It is best to completely remove your shipment from its containers regardless of the condition of the box, inspect it thoroughly and if the cabinet is damaged refuse the shipment. This is very important because once you have signed for your shipment it is your responsibility if it is damaged. If the Customer signs for the product in good condition and the product is damaged only replacement parts can be purchased at the customers expense and it is the customers responsibility to install any replacement parts.
Save your box and all packaging materials until you are certain that your cabinet and all accessories are in satisfactory condition.
Replacement of accepted damaged products will only occur when funds are received from the shipping company after the claim has been filed. Normal claim time is 3 to 4 weeks. If the freight claim is denied and the customer does not inspect the cabinet and signs for it in good condition, the damaged product is the customer's responsibility.
Inserts are usually shipped out via UPS or Fed-Ex, and customarily do not arrive at the same time as your cabinet. Delivery on inserts can take up to two additional weeks for delivery due to the time it takes to create your insert.
Remember to call us before signing for the product if you do not understand this delivery agreement. Problems can always be solved more smoothly if the proper channels are followed. In order to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, we need your cooperation with these guidelines.
